Arizona Court of Appeals to Hear Medical Marijuana Case

The Arizona Court of Appeals will hear oral arguments on a high-profile medical marijuana case on Dec. 20. The Maricopa County Attorney requested that the appellate court temporarily block a lower court ruling that the state’s medical marijuana law is constitutional.
