Washington’s Liquor Control Board held a public marijuana forum in Spokane on Tuesday, to get input on regulating the production and sale of marijuana in the state. Washington residents weighed in on what they’d like to see, such as a system not bogged down by too much bureaucracy.

All this input is great but spokane just restricted all production to the shittiest parts of town so production costs will be paid to the rich landlords. No can grow on the property, even if properly licensed. Tjis is the malicious part of legalization. Local municipalities want the evil weed growers to pay thru the nose and support their industrial districts, while the state regulates prices.
Something tells me that recreational channels will be controlled by therich and powerful and the little guy who wants grow on his property will never get the chance
