Healthy main plant
The plants are progressing nicely, and I have not run into any new problems or issues. I did notice a worm crawling around in one of the flower pots. I’m not sure how he made it in there; must’ve been from the ancient compost bag I used while germinating the seeds. I hope having a worm in the soil won’t be detrimental to the plants.
Anyways, the main Blue Dream plant is growing like a champ and looks healthy and strong. The smaller plant is growing much slower, as a result of the trauma it has gone through. However, it’s doing much better than it was a couple of weeks ago. I’m still not sure whether or not the plants are male or female.

Smaller secondary plant
I’ve moved stuff around inside my closet a few times in order to get things arranged the best possible way. It still looks pretty ghetto, but I don’t really care about that. Thanks to a tip from Highno, I have altered the light schedule to 18 on, 6 off.
Here is another brief run down of what I’m growing and the schedule I’m following:
Type: 2x Blue Dream, Sativa
Sex: Unknown
Stage: Vegetative
Light Schedule: 12AM-6PM ON; 6PM-12AM OFF (18 ON, 6 OFF)
Watering: Every 2-3 days (when the top gets dry and crusty)
Light Type: 2 Indoor plant growing lights
I’ve noticed the plants are beginning to emit that wonderful cannabis aroma. Every day when I come home from work and open the door to my room, I get a rush of it right in my face; not a bad way to unwind after a day at the office.
I was thinking that if it’s beginning to smell this early, I wonder how much stronger it will get when the plants begin to flower. I will have to look into something to help control the smell. Don’t get me wrong, I love it, but if the whole house begins to smell, I might have a problem on my hands.
Things are going steady and I am anxious for these beauties to grow up some more, so they can begin to flower. Since this is my first grow, I am excited to see it through to the end!
