San Diego Chapter of Americans for Safe Access September 9, 2013
Here are just a few questions that our chapter continues to receive from patients throughout the county on a weekly basis:
- How many plants can I legally grow?
- Where can I legally obtain my medicine?
- Are medical marijuana dispensaries legal?
- Will the city continue its crackdown?
- What does the recent Cole memo mean for safe access in San Diego?
- With the Mayor now having resigned, where does this issue stand now and who should I support for Mayor?
These issues and many more will be discussed in detail at Tuesday’s meeting.
In addition, on Tuesday we will have updates about local court cases, progress with regulations in Oceanside, and the latest information about advancements in the field of medical cannabis throughout the nation including the latest Congressional hearings on the issue.
If you are interested in getting involved in protecting patients’ rights, advancing the therapeutic use and research of cannabis, and ensuring that Proposition 215 is properly implemented in our County, then you won’t want to miss this meeting.
